You can use the online Web Check-in facilities as early as 24 hours and up to 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. To check-in for a flight, simply enter your Surname, Board Point and your Booking Reference, click the “Next” button and then follow the simple instructions on the screen. Your Booking Reference is a 6 alpha-numeric code which is shown on your electronic ticket or confirmation e-mail. Once all requested details are entered, you can print your Boarding Pass on standard A4 paper from any printer. Take you printed Boarding Pass with you to the airport and proceed straight to immigration. If you have bags, they can be dropped off at any Air Astana Check-in desk at the airport.
Please note that due to security restrictions at some airports the web check-in facility is not available in the following departure cities for the time being: Bishkek (FRU), Delhi (DEL), Hannover (HAJ), Urumqi (URC),. Date of WCI launch for these cities will be advised later.
